| What is the minimum size of order can you handle? | From 1 card to 1001 we provide any size of order you may require. |
| I want the quality of product you provide but I'm nervous about ordering without seeing the actual items. | We offer only the highest quality of materials and workmanship and are always happy to provide clients with examples of these. |
| I am unsure of the volume I should order. | We'll be happy to discuss your individual requirements but our general recommendation is to calculate the actual number you need and add 10% for emergencies (These always happen!) |
| How much are samples? | For the featured ranges samples cost just £3 flat rate to cover time, materials + postage. Where a design service is needed we will discuss costs individually. |
| How do I order and pay for my Stationery? | From October you will be able to order directly through our web site. Until then simply email your enquiry + we will call you to arrange payment details. |
| When do I order? | Invites should be sent to guests a minimum of 6 weeks before the wedding. To allow for design and sample approval we recommend ordering 16 weeks before the event date, however, if you need items in a hurry please do get in touch - if we can help, we will! |
| What about the invitation wording? | When you request a sample we include 3 wording suggestions to help you. All inserts are included in the prices quoted - there is no charge for bespoke wording. Please feel free to discuss this when ordering samples or placing a main order. |
| Are inserts + envelopes included in the prices? | Yes, There are no hidden extras. Postage is charged for full orders only (NOT Samples) and is between £3.95 & £5.95 dependant on order value |
| I like a design on your site but my colour scheme isn't shown | No problem, simply advise your colour scheme and where at all possible we will do our best to accommodate your needs. |
| Are favours available to match the stationery ranges? | Yes! Request a sample favour with your stationery samples. |
| Can you help me make my own favours | If you would like any advice please get in touch! We provide components for making your own favours and will make up kits if you would like them. If you don't see what you're looking for - give us a call or email, not everything we have is shown on line! |
