Terms & Conditions

The prices quoted for our Stationery items include blank inserts and envelopes.

Wedding Stationery and Favour Orders can be placed by Email and Telephone.

For Order of Service this includes a maximum of 4 sides of A5. Any additional pages will incur additional charges, of 1.00 per sheet.

There is no minimum order and we advise that you place your order 4 - 6 months before your Wedding date. Please telephone if your order is urgent and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements in time.

A non-refundable deposit of 10 is required for proof production at the time of ordering.

Proofs will be sent for each stationery item ordered. These must be signed and returned to us prior to the commencement of your order.

On returning the signed proofs 50% of the order balance must be paid, with the remaining 50% due 2 weeks before the agreed delivery date.

Please be aware that Handmade with Love cannot accept responsibility for mistakes once proofs have been signed.

Local orders will be delivered free of charge. National orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and will incur a charge of 10.00 per delivery.

All stationery orders shall be sent by recorded delivery. We shall contact you by email or by telephone when your order is dispatched.

Wedding Stationery cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof are non refundable.

Our Wedding Stationery is completely handcrafted and slight variations will occur, this is merely a feature of a genuine handcrafted product.

Any damages during the postal process must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Handmade with Love cannot be held responsible for damages which may occur when you post your invitations to your guests.

Refunds are at the discretion of Handmade With Love. Complaints should be made in writing to Handmade With Love

Prices are subject to change and are correct at time of print however any increase will not affect orders where deposits have been paid.

Trade customers are bound by a 50 minimum order, and first orders are pro forma based.

Payment thereafter is 5 business days.
